A Poem by Qalb-e-Momin for You, My Love

No fate, no plan, Just scars on man. Cold world, no hand, So I ran, and ran. She prays, I sin, Don’t know where I’ve been. Dark roads, no win, Just smoke in wind. No peace, just war, Steel tongue, raw core. Knocked doors, no floor, Still hunt for more. My path, my curse, Each move, then thirst. No doc or nurse Just pain, then worse. They fake, I bleed, No want, just need. Fast life, no speed, I plant, they feed. Just God, no dream, Just cold, no gleam. I drown, no stream, Life tore my seams. She wait, I roam, Don’t know my home. No text, no phone,  Just me, alone. They shoot, I duck, Still trust no luck. My heart’s long stuck In days that suck. If I die, don’t cry, Just ask them why. No wings, I fly One last goodbye. A Poem by Qalb-e-Momin for You, My Love

She beg, I go, No light, just low. Cold heart, no glow, So I drift in snow.   She cry, I freeze, No warmth, no ease. Just storms, no peace, Just fall, no lease.   No door, no key, No truth in me. I hide, I flee, No soul, no plea.   She call, I mute, This pain runs brute. No root, no fruit, Just loss, acute.   I trust, they lie, No tears, just dry. I breathe, then die, No wings to fly.   They talk, I stare, No love, no care. Just smoke, just air, I break, I swear.   She stay, I’m gone, No dusk, no dawn. Just void, moved on, No chess, no pawn.
